This natural raspberry puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a raspberry Debonair with vodka, lemon juice and raspberry liqueur. Raspberry puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from raspberry pâtes de fruits to raspberry jelly.
