Delouis Mayonnaise, 250g
Delouis mayonnaise is made with free-range egg yolks for a velvety smooth texture. With a hint of Dijon mustard, it has a rich, tangy flavour that lends itself to sandwiches, pasta salads and creamy coleslaw. Use it to make devilled eggs or a warm potato salad with bacon and spring onions.
Serve this French mayonnaise on its own as a dip for chips and crudités or experiment by adding flavourings like garlic, sriracha and fresh herbs.
