Sabarot Lentils Mix, 500g
Serve Sabarot mixed lentils as a side dish for fish and meat. Tossed with a tangy dressing, they are a great alternative to rice or pasta.
This lentil mix includes green, blond, brown and beluga lentils. Ready to eat in under 20 minutes, they add colour and plant-based protein to your plate.
Lentils have a subtle, earthy flavour. You can braise them with garlic, pancetta and herbs to enhance their savoury taste. Or, dress them with a lemon and mustard vinaigrette. You can add feta, roasted peppers or flaked salmon to create a nourishing salad.
Preparation: Bring the lentils to the boil in three times their volume of cold water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
The pack contains approximately 12 portions.
Store in a cool, dry place.
