Gluten free extra virgin olive oil and sea salt crackers are a crunchy base for slices of hard cheese and a drizzle of honey. Made with a blend of gluten-free cereals, buttermilk and extra virgin olive oil, these crisp crackers have a subtle flavour of rich olive oil and are finished with flecks of sea salt.
Top these crackers with pecorino, manchego or complex Colston Bassett stilton.
Ingredients: Buttermilk, tapioca starch, gluten-free oat flour, rice starch, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil (11%), maize starch, crystal sea salt (5%), gluten-free malted barley, autolysed yeast, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
