Belazu Truffle and Artichoke Pesto, 165g
Belazu truffle and artichoke pesto is made with artichokes from Puglia, black truffles from Piedmont and quality aged Parmigiano Reggiano. This full-flavoured, punchy pesto is fantastic served with poached eggs and asparagus, or simply stirred through pasta for a quick and flavourful dinner.
Try stirring the pesto through mashed potato, or simply serve it in a dish alongside an antipasti platter for dipping vegetables and toasted bread.
Ingredients: Artichokes (56%), sunflower oil, water, pine kernels, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk) (2%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic puree, black pepper, black summer truffles slices, truffle flavouring, vinegar, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
