Cold Pressed Arbequina & Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is made with the Spanish Arbequina and Picual varieties of olive. The Picual olive has a fruity flavour with hints of almonds and slight apple aroma.
Meanwhile, oil made from Arbequina olives is slightly sweet and has no bitter aftertaste. The mix of the two varieties here makes a fantastic olive oil for salad dressings, or for drizzling over dishes such as baked fish, pasta, or pizza at the table.
