This top quality Marine Gourmet rouille is the traditional Provençal sauce to serve alongside a bouillabaise fish soup. Rouille is an olive oil and garlic emulsion, lightened with breadcrumbs to form a rich and smooth sauce. This rouille is wonderful with all kinds of seafood – serve alongside seared squid or roasted monkfish.
Serve the rouille with Marine Gourmet fish soup with saffron and garlic croutons.
